Thread: one muscle group a day?

    one muscle group a day?

    Fir the last 3 weeks i have been doing chest and back together then bi's and tri's the next day and shoulders and legs the next. i usually do chest and tri's , back and bi's and shoulders and abs , legs. Just wondering if i should only be doing one muscle a day instead?

    i move heavy things!

    You're good the way you are doing it. But.... doing chest and back together, thats alot if you're doing it right. Some guys can do it though...

    I also don't do chest tris together or back and bis. I feel that the tri/bi is already tired when I do it that way. Its all about what works for you personally.

    yeah bro dedicate a whole day to biceps, then whole day for serratus

    If i do a two day split hats gonna be one muscle ever 2 weeks!! Id like to hit all once a week,
