best cardio for best time,on test cycle!

So guys my question is this. It takes me almost an hour to get to the gym so when I wake up should I eat or stay fasted to do my cardio? What is the best cardio for weight loss during my cycle. It sounds like a dumb question but I'm afraid I'm just over working my legs because its hard to not go hard with all the energy I have.. I may however be going to intense so I rotate the elliptical, treadmill, and bike. Any opinions will be appreciated.

    Stay fasted.

    Dont go intense.

Just a steady enough pace to get your heart rate up to 125-135 or so. Keep it there for 30 or more mins.

I put the incline on 8 and set a pace of 3.5 speed to reach that heart rate. Which for me is a brisk walk.

If you go too intense while fasted... youll end up performing anaerobicly and using more aminos (aka muscle tissue) for energy... instead of fat stores for energy.

Does anything change if I drink 15g worth of aminos while I'm doing the cardio? I usually drink about that while doing cardio ! Thanks

Yeah 10-20g depending on your size. You could do 10 15mins before and 10 during over the hour, thats what I do.
