Interest take on chest training....what do you all think about it?
Came across this on T-mag:

I wanted to bring it up because it just seems to "jive" with a great deal of what I've instinctively felt about chest training. In virtually every response to "do you guys know of an interesting chest exercise to help me through a plateua?" I've virtually always answered with cable flyes at an incline, as they gave me favorable results. At the time, I suspected it was the constant tension element which I'd never utilized in chest work extensively, if at all. Furthermore, my positive reaction to the hammerstrength bench apparatus (which allows for that 45 degree movement to *some* degree that is discussed in the article) also seems to support this style of chest training. Anyway, I'll shut up and let you read the article. Please let me know what you all think.
