Currently
Mon - Back and Traps
Tue - Chest and Triceps or Biceps
Thu - Delts and Biceps or Triceps
Fri - Legs and Cavlves
Mon- shoulders calves abs
Tues- chest
Wed- rest/cardio/abs
Thurs- back
Fri- arms/abs
Sat or sun- leg
Sat or sun- rest/cardio/abs
Always looking for new ideas guys!!
Iam swapping my workout around right now
Week 1
Mon chest triceps
Tue Back biceps
Wed Rest
Thur Shoulders traps
Fri Legs
Week 2
Powerlifting week three day split , week 3 back to start
Mon Shoulders/Arms
Tues Legs
Wed Rest
Thurs Chest
Fri Back
Sat/Sun Rest or cardio
Since I only have time to go to the gym once per. day, I usually do cardio 3xper week after my workouts.
Full Body Supersets on Mon, Wed, and Friday
