Cardio after weights
With all the glycogen burned up after weights, what is the optimal amount of time to do cardio without burning up too much muscle?

if your goal is to burn fat, i'd recommend a light to moderate routine for at least 45 minutes.

ok, ill try that only thing I hate is I lose the pump from working out. And you wouldn't recommend doing 45 min of cardio during PCT?
