Slope of Power
Trap question , do you guys train them on back day,shoulder day or all by themselves ? Also state the reason

Hit them on shoulder day, because the blood is already in that region.
Some times back day, because of the reasoning behind grip strength.

Back day, it's part of your back and is worked with a lot of other back movements so you might as well hit them on back day. As long as your shoulder day is spread out far enough from you back day you could train them then if you wanted to also.

Ive tried on both back and shoulder day and despite the reasoning behind working them on back day ive always got better results doing them on shoulder day, dont know whyy this is but id say that you test both out and see what your body takes better to.

just deadlift and clean, you will have huge traps and not have to worry about irrelevant small details

I have done them on both days with great results my traps seem to respond fairly well anyway
But for me it comes down to which day my left elbow feels up to it

i have always done them on shoulder day
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong
