    terrible form, but i cant really talk i used to do them like that myself, back bent and all but i ditched that few months ago after i was told it was only matter of time until i slipped a disc so i dropped weight to get decent form and starting to get back up to decent weight now

    how it should be done, its hard because im used to deadlifting with poor form and whenever i try put weight up to test myself i find myself slipping back into bad form

    the third way shown here is problem i have, i have form down now with low-medium weight but when i try do a 2 or 4 rep max i find myself rounding back

    Haha I'm not sure, if you watch his other videos he's crazy, he's strong for a small dude though!

    Just watched another of his vids, he does a 58inch verticle jump! That's insane!
