P90x
I've heard many good things about P90X, I don't have much time with my 10 hour work days, and some days I have no motivation at all. I am curious if anyone has tried it and what are your thoughts? I am one to need a regimen to follow or I wont even try. Feedback?

I have several friends that are EXTREMELY happy with their results from P90X. They were all out of shape and needed a program that tells them specifically what to do every day. They would all roll their eyes when I told them what I do. Too complicated.
A lack of motivation will hamper anything you start, but you should get results if you can stick with it.

I have done p90x in the past myself, i think i did it roughly two years ago, it was great. i still use alot of movements from the program in my weekly routines, i'd recommend starting it up!

I performed the full 3 months of p90 on two seperate occassions both times I had great results for cutting fat and adding definition. It does not do much for strength gains but if you need a motivator Tony Horton is the man for you. I started serious strength training after my second round of p90 and because of the discipline developed by the videos I have had great success in reaching my goals of increased strength. I'd say p90 is a solid 9 for intensity, variation, and motivation.

Any thoughts on which is better? P90X or Insanity? I recently bought Insanity but have no problem going out and getting P90X if it is superior...

Insanity is just that INSANE. I would start out with P90x depending on your fitness level

If you can stick with it P90X is a good program. I am not a big fan of the plyometrics because I think it is too hard on the joints, but for an at home program it is good. You have to stick with the diet and the routine for t to work though just like anything else.

P90 can be great depending on your goals. Just be sure to stick with it. There is a specific plan, follow it! Otherwise you're wasting your time

I did 2 months of it awhile back. Got me a 6 pack but it makes you weak if you leave out weight lifting. It's a whole lot better than doing nothing. I really enjoyed the yoga no homo
