Im thick all over sitting at 183. To be fair if I want a flat stomach I should cut down to 170. Long story short I am genetically predisposed to abs. I can flex a six pack and have the v cuts even though im soft and only show some veins on my forearms and front delts right now.
What I dont like is my abs go outward. They almost go out as far as my pecs. I know this is mostly a need to cut weight but I am also wondering if specific exercises can make the stomach flatter. What I dont want is to throw a bunch of effort into my ab routine and my abs still stick out or stick out any more.
