45=dead!
after 45 minutes at the gym i'm finding that i physically can't lift anymore weight. i'm hitting 3 sets of 12-10-8 for each muscle i'm working, but after i hit 45 minutes my workout is done, even if i wanted to continue. at this point i hit the cardio. am i doing something wrong or is this okay? if not what can be done to maximize my time in the gym.

45 minutes is plenty, i knew a guy who would workout in 20 minutes
