shorter rests between early sets, and more rest between later sets?
shorter rests between early sets, and more rest between later sets? what do you think about it?
for example i am to do 3 sets 8 reps. My first set of 8 is hard but i dont go to failure. i rest 1.5 minutes and do my second set which is harder but i also dont go to failure, then I rest 2.5 minutes and go all out.
