    What would be better?

    A four day split:
    1: Chest/Triceps
    2:Back
    3:Legs
    4: Delts/Biceps

    OR

    A three day split doing one day:
    1:Chest/delts/triceps
    2;Legs
    3:Back/Biceps

    Sample of three day
    Week One:
    Day 1
    Day2
    Day3
    Day1

    Week Two
    Day2
    Day3
    Day1
    Day2 etc etc......

    Are you cutting, maintaining, or bulking? I like a 4 day split but you need to work in a rest day. How about this:

    mon. Back and Bi's
    Tue. Chest and Tri's
    Wed. Legs
    Thur. Rest day
    Fri. Shoulder and Traps

    Yeah I was think something like that.
    i like high intensity very short rest periods 1 min max

    I like the 3 day with a fourth for weak point training. So if delts are lagging- 2,1,3,delts.

    Day off between each workout.

    This could work but since you're cutting then I would do some HIIT cardio on your off days.

    this is what my 4 day split looks like:
    mon: chest/bi's
    tues: legs
    wed: rest
    thu: back/tri's
    fri: shoulders

    Everything looks good except you are hitting triceps the day before shoulders and we all know that most shoulder presses incorporate a lot of triceps which might hinder performance.

    i feel a day off after each workout would be tough lol but if you can do it then good stuff

    Pretty much what I do... I feel it works well like that

    Good catch, I missed that. Go for the 4 day split for that then, pointless to work on weak points on a cut.
