Want to get bigger.. Advice needed
I'm 19 years old and in college. I usually work out 3-4 times a week. My goal is to get big in all of my major muscle groups while trying to get ripped at the same time. Do you have any advice on what I should do or take?

Height: 5'10
Weight: 170

This is the routine I just started. I saw it in men's health so I thought if give it a try
Dumbbell clean & press
Barbell squat
Straight-leg deadlift
Chest-supported row
Pullup
Barbell bench press
Barbell curl
Farmers walk
My diet mostly consists of high protein low calories and carbs

Have to get your diet right first otherwise your training isn't going to get u far. Come over to the diet forum mate
