    Leg extensions with toes turned slightly out, squats all the way down,
    Leg press feet lower to focus on quads

    Squats with a slightly wider stance and with toes pointed out can help as well

    Adductor machine .. Or use cables and work them that way .. Even lunges will do the job

    wide full squats will do it, possibly a slightly more open stance
