Left tricep bigger/thicker than right!
Im not sure if this problem can be fixed, but looking for any ideas on how this happened and hopefully a solution!
As per title, a few months ago i noticed that my left tricep has become much thicker and my right tricep.
Heres some facts:
-I am right handed
-Left and right triceps apear to have equal strength (when doing single arm excercises)
The only thing i can think of is at night i seem to sleep on my right arm alot so maybe thats stopping a bit of blood flow causing the left to grow better?
My left bicep is similar to my right, maybe slightly bigger, its hard to say with the triceps being different sizes.

yes, it can be fixed. not sure about the sleeping on the smaller arm analysis, if that is what it is.
but you can do concentrations on the underdeveloped muscle group.
I'm willing to bet that some of our pros here like fireguy, matt or marcus has had similar issues. You could trying pming them, and see what advice they can offer

I have the same problem, and I was told in a serious Darth Vader voice that its most likely from years of masterbation. In all fairness it makes sense.

It is mind to muscle connection. You are right handed therefore your right arm is way more efficient than the left, so the left needs to compensate by being larger. Drives me nuts I can DB bench the same weight but my left pec is massive in comparison to the right pec.

I knew from the title of this thread that it would end up with someone giving themselves a "stranger".
