    Dorian yates!!! HIT

I have been reading alot about dorians philosophies ect and I am sold, have only just finished my first week of hit style... Dorian yates workout and it just feels right all though as I'm pushing through failure on my working set, I am going through a living hell and questioning why the fk am I doing this to myself... This is some intense shit and I love it... Have not felt so sore the next day like this in a very long time... Any one else had much experience with dorians workout and training techniques. I would like to know how it has worked for you and your thoughts...

    Yep.. I love it too...

Remember to periodize your training tho with any training but especially with HIT

Blast for 6 weeks then ease off for a few and take a week off..repeat

Been doing it for 3 weeks now and I absolutely love it. I haven't seen gains like this in a long time. Like baseline said though, do not constantly do it for months. Cycle on and off with it. It is very taxing on your body.
