I know muscles are repairing when sore. Just wanted to clear that up.
I have always wanted to ask this question. Because I never workout sore muscle groups. I always wait till I have recovered 100%. But do I really need to?

Yes... IMO you should wait until the muscle is fully recovered...
But the big question is ''when is a muscle fully recovered?''
DOMS would suggest a muscle is still repairing damaged fibres... However when DOMS has faded I believe there is still fibre repairs taking place
My answer is no more than an opinion based on practical thinking and something that I may have read... I cant back this up or give you any more info...
