tips on my work out
I leave for the army in about 7 months and Im good as in standerd wise, i can do 73 pushups in 2 min and 77 situps in 2 min, run the 2 mile in 14 but i would like to improve, im 6'1"
220lbs and work out regularly, but i would like to loose this fat and would like to be 200 by the time i leave. any tips thanks.

Clean diet
Intense hybrid training program including both strength Focussed days and circuit type training...
Some sprint traing would be great as well...

assuming 7 months is about 30 weeks, and you need to lose 20lbs, that is 0.66lbs/week assuming you will lose 90%fat 10% muscle that is about 3900kcals per/lbs so you need a 2500cal deficit a week.
so keep a clean diet and eat a 2500kcal/week deficit and with proper training you will be about 200lbs at a significantly lower BF%
