So I have been increasing the weight used in my workouts for the last 6 weeks. Started with a 10*5 for 4 weeks, then a 5*5 for the last 2 weeks. My lower back has been getting pretty sore, and my weight increases have just about maxed out, so I was thinking about taking a light weight week, where I use the same weight I started with 6 weeks ago for all the exerxises. What do you guys think about this? I sort of have almost a weak feeling about myself like I'm bitching out by doing this. Opinions?
