Not Training Legs
Hey guys, I ride my bicycle to work 5 days/wk for 30 minutes each way. Right now I am doing a dumbbell only workout, and I was wondering if I still needed to include legs? The ride is 3 steep hills each way. I never stand up, and I keep it in a low gear to isolate the legs.
thanks

It's most definitely necessary to train legs for a complete and functional physique...but if you're going for chicken legs...hey I guess thats cool too.

If I incorporate legs into my workout, should I avoid riding my bike on leg day and the day after leg day?

Train legs bro, bigger leg muscles means your rides will be easier

legs are the most important part of your body... not training them would be fail.
especially if your doing alot of cycling.. which is endurance work, and will make your legs smaller.. you should be doing squats, or atleast some leg stuff
