Hey guys quick question. My current routine is 3 days on 1 off repeat. So I'm hitting each muscle group twice lifting heavy early in the week and lighter later in week. Day 1 is chest and tri's. Day 2 is back and bi's. And day 3 is legs and shoulders. Is this too much or is this ok? I'm 18 5'10" 195LBS. Any suggestions would b greatly appreciated
