I'd say yes... I quote from Wikipedia:Originally Posted by Armykid93

^^That says absolutely nothing about over training. I wouldn't say they are caused by "over training", I cramp after a lot of heavy workouts.
Can be also coursed by a shit load of different things like dehydration and lack of certain mineral's and vitamins as well as a heap of drugs can course it to like work out suplaments... i lot more info would be needed to work out why the problem is happing ..
No.... But it answers what cramping is. A little more investigating would need to be done to figure out the exact cause. But is does say "muscle fatigue" and "muscle contraction" which are both things done when working out, would you not agree????Originally Posted by alexISthrowed

My cramps are always traced back to dehydration, low E2 (that sucked) and Taurine deficiency which can be caused by things like Clen usage.
I know that is not a direct answer to the question, but it gives you some obvious things to look for if you are having cramping.
More importantly, don't rely on something like cramps to tell you if you are overtraining. I believe you shouldn't have a high risk of being overtrained if your routine is thought out.
