    Geared WorkOut

    Hi,

I wanted to know what do you change to your workout when you're on gear ?
    About repetitions, sets, frequency.
Personnaly I'd say lower rep range, and work lagging muscle more often (2 times a week).

    Thanks.

Yeah I was actually going to Post the same question. I would assume that depends on your cycle (cutting or Bulking) and you could coordinate your workout with that idea in mind

Since you generally need less recovery time while on gear, i work out more often. I work out 3 days on, 1 day off, so i hit each muscle roughly twice a week. When I get off of it, i'd work out each muscle group once a week so i can maintain the new muscle without overtraining. I also always train heavy as heavy as possible and always to failure.
