    Pre-Cardio Whey???

    I have been doing cardio in the morning before eating anything a few
    times a week lately. I haven't lost any mass that I can see. What I
    want to know is if I have a couple of scoops of whey before this cardio
    session am I gonna funk up the whole point of doing cardio on an empty
    stomach? Here is a little info for everyone: Vital Stats
    Age-24
    Height-6'5"
    Weight-242 pounds
    Waist-35-36"
    Biceps-16"
    Chest-46"
    Quads-25.5"

    Average Daily Diet

    Dymadrene Xtreme 1 capsule 3 times daily
    GNC Megamen multivitamin

    One-1/2 Cup Dry Oatmeal, 2 scoops Optimum Whey, 2 Tbsp Crunchy PB

    Two- Recovery Shake (2 to 3 scoops whey, 16 oz Skim milk, 2 tbsp sugar, 15 grams gluamine/glutamine peptide)

    Three-Whole wheat pasta (1 cup) with Spag. sauce and 1/2 pound ground sirloin beef (95% lean)

    Four-Whole yam and 1/2 pound bottom round steak

    Five-8 to 12 oz. chicken breast and vegetable (broccoli, carrots, etc.)

    Six-Packaged Albacore tuna or Pink Salmon and vegetable

    Seven-(If I am hungry) 10 to 12 egg whites with copious amounts of tabasco sauce.

    Yes you will, keep an empty stomach. Drink your whey right after cardio.
