I have a problem, ive just come off a cycle and have obviously been hitting the gym hard.. problem is i have to now go away for work for the next 3 months, ill have no access to weights at all and will be working long hours.

Cardio is the only exercise id be able to do but its not good for keeping gains, anyone have any advice on this or links to a good bodyweight exercise site?? any help would be much appreciated!!
