    Help with new routine

Hey I have been back in the gym now for a month after a 9 month break.

I have spent the month back geting back into a routine. I havent been going to heavy, this month has kind of been a "warm up"
I didnt want to go all out and hurt myself.

Now I am ready to begin a new routine.
I am planning on doing the 5x5 for the next 12 weeks.
I have read so many different variations of the 5x5 and am getting a little confused.

What I have listed below is a very basic 5x5 routine. What I really want to know is:

Is this all I should be doing for the next 12 weeks?
Should I be doing more/other excercises?

My Goal: Gain strength and size

    Monday
Squat: 5 sets by 5 reps
Bench: 5 sets by 5 reps
Barbell Row: 5 sets by 5 reps

    Wednesday
Military Press: 5 sets by 5 reps
Deadlift: 5 sets by 5 reps
Weighted Wide Grip Pull ups: 5 sets by 5 reps

    Friday
Squat: 5 set by 5 reps
Bench: 5 set by 5 reps
Barbell Row: 5 set by 5 reps
