Workout routine help 5 day split

    Stats
    Weight 225
    Age 46
    BF 20%
    Years training steady 2

Immediate goal is 3 month cut in preparation for cycle when ready.
I have been working out using the following routine for last 6 months with good results. However I find that Back/Bi day and Chest/Tri day by the time I get done with major muscle I am half a$$ing arms. I'd like to go from 4 day split to 5 day split but not sure what best order would be.

    Current
    Day1 Back/Bicep
    Day 2 Chest/Tri
    Day 3 Quad/hams
    Day 4 Delts/Traps/calfs

I take days off when needed or when life happens and just continue to next day.

    Proposed routine

    Day 1 Back
    Day 2 Chest/Abs
    Day 3 Biceps/Triceps
    Day 4 Quad/hams
    Day 5 Delts/Traps/calfs

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

this is my 4 day split for your consideration...
    day 1 chest/bicepts/abs
    day 2 legs
    day 3 tricepts/delts/calves
    day 4 off
    day 5 back/abs
    day 6 off
    day 7 off
this is what works for me it allows plenty of recovery time even though i do 3 days straight
