Hey Scotts....well, IMO the workout routine doesn't necessarily need to be tailored differently for a woman....My fiance and I both do the same routine, different weights of course. Please tell her not to be afraid to lift heavy because she will NOT gain crazy muscles overnight...And to "lose fat", she's going to need to focus on diet as well as cardio and working out. I'm currently finishing with a full body superset workout and will be starting HIT training next week. So I think whatever program you're doing might work for her as long as the intensity works for her. Btw, what are her stats?
