"Warrior" Workout
First off, if any of you have not watched the movie "Warrior", you need to do that as soon as possible. Tom Hardy is one of the main actors, and his character is simply a beast. I've researched his pre-movie workout, and it's like nothing i've ever seen before. I started it yesterday and feel great today. I was hoping to see what you guys thought about it, I'll post the link.

Yeh he may have done this for conditioning, but to add the mass he gained. He did low to medium reps with the big compound exercises, with probably an injection or 12.
Actually that article says he gained 30lbs. So yes, definitely what i said above.
