This sounds straight full blown retard, bare with me. Not sure how to word this, basically you guys know the neurological connection between your muscle and the brain and how you can feel the muscle working? Well I've always been able to feel the muscle being worked more on all push exercises I.e squats, bench, tricep work, shoulder presses. All my push muscles are way more developed than the pull, my bi's and lats are lacking in comparison and it's not the work out I just can't "feel" the muscle working as well.

Any tips on how to fix the ability to "feel" the muscle working?

Posting a pic so you can see bi vs tri difference and I know your tris are suppose to be bigger but bis suck

I was having a similar issue with not being able to target my pecs as much and Tall76 gave me this bit of advise on focusing more mentally on the area that you are having trouble with and it has helped incredibly well. I'm sure you can interpret this to help with your dilemma and i hope it helps you as much as it has me.

Do some cable flyes in front of a mirror and stare directly at ur chest while u do them. This gets your neuromuscular system recruiting the pec and really establishing that connection btw the brain and pec so when u push ur chest will be recruited. Also watch some vids of the pros on their chest day and pay attention to how they press, its almost as if they are pushing their elbows up not thru their hands. They dont go all the way up to lock out because as u press further away from your body the emphasis moves from your chest to the deltoids then to the tricep.

my advise is to lighten up the weight until you can do whatever movment with correct form including full range of motion and feel it...i find if i go too heavy on an exersise and am having trouble feeling it just doing the basics of lightening the load helps a great deal...building muscle isnt just pileing on a bunch of weight and just moving it, it goes much deeper than that imho, but something i find the younger peeps having trouble understanding...
