    Might stop squating heres why

My ass has gotten huge lol. My thighs and ass have gotten pretty big and it doesnt look very aesthetic at all lol. I dead lift on back day and im thinking of dropping the number of squats I do to like 5 sets then focus on calfs. I really like having strong legs but it just doesnt look good lol and my calfs could use the extra attention.

yea big legs can happen. personally as unaesthetic as it is to most people i want the biggest legs i can get lol.

you say lower to 5 sets? as in you do more than 5? how many reps, many you have to switch from bodybuilding squat training to powerlifting squat, this will keep you from losing your legs, and wont let them get bigger. and as said above with bf%... if your a fatty its not the squats that are the issue.

Not fat. probably around 10% (I can see all abs if I flex them) and quads are actually pretty well defined. I was doing 10 sets at 10-12 reps

i would think 10x10 is a pretty heavy load, i guess try reducing sets and/or reps or even weight or frequency, and see what happens, i would suggest against stopping squats completely as leg strength and stability is very important, and squats are no. 1
