    Question Upper-Inner Chest

Anyone have any recommendations for exercises that hit the upper-inner chest area? Incline bench & Incline DB Bench are pretty good but my arms are so damn long it always works the outside of my chest. Any suggestions are appreciated.

    i actually do

medium grip incline press on a smith machine and concentrate completely on the chest contraction.depending on the weight, i don't grip the bar, but push the bar w/ an open palm to eliminate most of the shoulders and tri's. it's worked great for me in that area

    My personal fav is:
Doing push ups with your feet elevalted (ie so your body is on down slope of at leas 45 deges ) and then hitting the inclin bench with a narrow/close grip while fully concentrating of the contraction
(U may have to use slightly less wiegth for this one though)
