The slingshot training system explained in the sticky above makes a lot of sense and I’ve definitely hit a plateau, as well as having some constant discomfort in both forearms near the elbow for the past three weeks.
Here is my question- I am three weeks post cycle and currently in PCT. I have been trying to keep up with the same workout volume and protein because everything I’ve read about loosing gains. The slingshot talks about an 8-week reload followed by two week deload and then start a new “blast” again. I’m guessing there is no PCT in between blast, you only PCT when your all done with the blast cycles??
So if I did a cycle and am then going to do four weeks of PCT, then wait another four weeks and check blood work, then possibly start a second cycle… would I loose all my gains if I did a deload, but don’t jump back on a cycle so quick?
