Needing a bit of advice ..
Currently cutting doing cardio 4/5x a week..aswell as my normal weight routine

I was wondering about doing a class at the gym I was looking at doing a class called pure circuits a 1hour group class ..from what I've heard/seen these classes are quite good and aerobic so could be good to burn bodyfat?

I'm currently booked on a class 7;30-8;30 Monday evening - I'd have to move Chest/Tris to tuesday - wouldnt think it's a good idea to do it after a 1hr circuits class?

question is: a ) should I do it or just give iot a miss all together?
b) is it too much with my current routine below..don't wanna overtrain



Basically
Monday; chest/tris - 30mins cv after
Tuesday; cardio 45-60mins
Wed; Shoulders/bis
Thurs ; Back/Traps - 30mins cv after
Friday; legs/abs
Sat; cardio / abs 45-60mins
Sun; Repeat day 1 - chest/tris

so each muscle group gets hits 2x every 7 days

Ideally I'd do the CV in diferent sessions to my lifting but this isn't possible due to the hours I work etc - so I do it after..figure it's better than doing it before
