are your chest and triceps lagging? i just wonder why you would work them out twice as much as everything else

also, biceps on the day before back is not a good idea, as you inevitably use biceps in any pack workout

it depends on how advanced you are and what you're looking to do but i don't think that's a good routine at all, post your stats and what you're trying to do and people can be of more help

How old are you and how long have you been training? It makes a big impact on what your spit should look like.

I'm not too keen on the split to be honest. Mostly for the same reasons that the other bros. mentioned. Why do chest and triceps twice a week? Especially in the same day, your triceps are gonna already be done from the chest exercises. Why not do them on different days and do triceps a few days apart from chest? That way you give the tris ample time to recover and when you go to train them directly, you can use much more weight. I also don't like back and biceps that close together for the same reason. And I don't really understand the cardio once a week, what's the reasoning here? I'll give you a split that myself and others have had great success with.
    Mon-Chest,Abs.
    Tues-Back
    Wed-Legs
    Thurs-Shoulders,Abs.
    Fri-Arms
If you are gonna add cardio, try to get it in at least three times a week.
These are just my suggestions, but I hope it helps. Either way, good luck bro.!

Looking to get some good mas but toned mass, how bout this...

    Mon - Chest, Abs

I've never heard anything bad about bis and tris on the same day. And I like that new split MUCH better. Good luck with everything bro!

    My Honest Opinion :

    Mon - Chest, Abs
    Perfect
    Tues - Back
    Perfect
    Wed - Shoulders, Tris, Abs
I would do shoulder and traps on their own, along with absa
    Thurs - Biceps
I think its a waste - small muscle group, trained on its own. Here I would put tris. I used to split them up, but since starting doing tris/bis on the same day I have seen great results
    Fri - Legs
    Perfect

Once again, just my opinion. Hope it helps!

    I'd go with this
    day 1- chest abs
    day 2- back
day 3-legs this will give upper body a slight break
    day 4- shoulders, abs
    day 5- bi's / tri's
