    10x better than strapps

Today was my first back day using Versa Grips and the results were great. I was using straps before and i really liked them, but i always felt like it took to long to tighten them up and if i wrapped one side slightly different i always had to re-wrap until they felt the same. (A little OCD about it i guess.) The Versa Grips were so much easier and faster that i can never seeing myself going back anything else unless chalk is available. (which is not allowed at my gym) I am a fully on board the Versa Grip train and i would recommend at least trying them and you will be surprised how great they are.

Would you like to know what equipment is even better than Versa?

    Haulin' Hooks.

My already heavy Romanian Deadlift went up by 80 pounds in about 2.5 months after starting using them and not to mention I was not on gear at the time.

My hooks cost me around 30 bucks and when my hands slightly give up the hooks don't and I can bang out those last couple reps

I am not suggesting that Versa Grips are no good. Using those will be most certainly beneficial in terms of isolating the targeted muscle groups better and being able to lift more, not to mention you will also be much more likely to avoid injuries possible otherwise.

It is just that you Haulin' Hooks are the best grip devices that money yet can buy.

use chalk anyways, they dont care if you dont make a mess.

car seat belts make teh best straps.
go to the junk yard and get yourself a set, they will last for life.

i just picked up a pair of the Versa Gripps Pros. I only use them on back day but the first day I tried them I knew I liked them. So much quicker than straps too. I was on the fence about the price but glad I took the plunge. I also highly recommend them!
