Can you please list the best/fundamental exercises for stabalizing and strenghtening your core? right now I am doing weighted situps, deadlifts and decline situps but anymore that you guys can share would be great!

I dont do alot for core until recently when goals changed
Planks, side planks, hanging leg raises,side bends, barbell roll outs
in that order, is my current core workout, sometimes I'll do it all as a kind of circut with no rest and it kills
just be very careful with barbell rollouts, very easy to pick up an injury if form isnt perfect, start doing them from knees and work up to doing them from full standing posistion
also planks, when they get easy, move elbows further forward, try do them with elbows past forehead and see how long you can hold it lol

I get a good core workout from doing Squats, partial D.L.'s, and I also use the roller (straight, and I I curve it) after I'm finished with the partial D.L.'s.
