Training 20 years nat. Cardio mostlsy for the 5-6yrs.
I plan on test only 500/w.
    Diet will be 3000-3500 clean.
Up till now I've lifted hard ( with the exception of cardio years) and made a lot of nat gains. Then gt Married, job, kids etc It's all there. Just need to bring it out. What do you think.? I've read tht I should keep cardio down and heavy lift up durring the cycle. ? Thanks

Your BF is way too high to start a cycle.

I would get it down to %12 before the cycle in order to both prevent some estrogen related sides such as gyno to a greater extent and be able to see the lean gains by the end of the cycle.

You can run a 4 day split when you are cycling just as you can do a 5 day one muscle group per day type of training, does not really matter as long as you train properly. Just follow a regimen that fits to your schedule the best.

You can lift heavy during the cycle, this does not mean that cardio needs to be ditched. As a matter of fact, cardio is exactly what lowers your BP, keeps the BF at a reasonable level and fixes your mood by exhausting you during a cycle; not to mention it aids muscle recovery and is a must for cardiovascular health. You can do up to 6 days of medium volume cardio up to 45 mins. on the mill or elliptical per se, this will NOT hinder your gains.
