    what to do

    My goals are to get big and strong , right now my worksout splits are monday chest/triceps tuesday back/bi wednesday off thursday shoulders and friday legs, I was wondering if I should drop this and do 5compound excersises 3 times a week like monday bench, squat,deadlift,pullups or bentover rows and barbell shoulderpress and repeat this wednesday and friday, and alternate between triceps and biceps each day

    You need to provide more information. How long have you been working out, how frequent, hows your diet, etc...
