Are you over training them? That will slow the growth.

I burn them out to the point I can't curl a 20 pound weight on bies and I start out workin out with 100 pounds on the curl bar doin sets of 10 I only work bies once a week tho my tries are growing better than bies

You say one day per week, are you working them on your back day? They get hit indirectly then too so you have to take that into consideration.

How many sets total are you doing for bis? A lot of it has to do with finding where YOUR body responds the best. For some it's working a muscle group twice a week while others may respond better to fewer sets and reps. Sometimes you just have to play with your routine till you find that sweet spot.

I recently changed my workout, biceps were hardening, but I was getting no size gains. I changed to doing heavier weight X6 or X8 reps. Noticed immediate size increase doing 2Xwk after the 1st wk.

You may also want to change your routine for your biceps.

It is good to introduce a brand new exercise to the targeted muscle group as you feel your muscles respond quite well to you.

Can you post your bicep routine in detail? (including number of sets, reps and weights)
