I change about every month. My reasons being you'r contantly forcing your body to adabt to different movments. All the different movment are hitting the muscles from every angle, and +u'll never get board.
So how oftern do u guys switch? your reasons if any?
Don't get me wrong this shits in my blood i'll be at it for life.

My workouts change up every other week. I have 2 different routines for each muscle group and I rotate them from week to week and have been seeing great results with this.

I change principals every three-five, and change workouts about evry 6 weex.
Example. I was doing pyramid for 3, then im hitting the reverse pyramid for 4 weeks, then 3 weeks of incorporating supersets into the reverse pyramid program (on smaller muscle groups), then off to three weeks of burnout sets. I'll see how I feel from there on after.

My workouts usually consist of many of the same exercises, but in different orders. Say week 1 i start my chest workout on flat bench, the next chest workout ill begin with incline... I find this helps me not get stuck in a routine for long periods of time.

Hey there,
If I switch the order I do each exercise but do the same ones (every 6 weeks), is that good or do you have to change the exercises themselves?
Thanx,
Bobbo
