Local gym only open 6 days a week!
Ok, I started my first cycle yesterday and wanted to know the best workout for my Sust cycle. My local gym is open M-Sat and that kind of sucks but I can get into a gym near my office anytime.
I will post what I would like to do below and let me know if that would work if not, I could go to the gym near my office during lunch for 30min or so.
Monday
Chest and Bi
Tue
Jog
Wed
Shoulders and Tri
Thur
Jog
Fri
Legs (I love working my legs and would like to try just a day for them to really foucs on them)
Sat
Back and a little cardio ride bikes with the kids and wife
Stats

Jog 30 minutes non stop average about 5mph
My goal for this cycle is to gain as much mass as I can in 12 weeks with what I got.
My question I guess is more towards doing a 4 day split with Friday and Sat being back to back. Does the above layout look ok or should some of the muscle groups be moved around to maximize best results?
