Bicep lifts
Need a new workout regiment for my biceps, time to change it up.
Currently:
Ez-bar preacher curls 3 sets 8-10 reps
Seated alternating dumbbell curls 3 sets 8-10
Pull ups hammer grip 3 sets to failure
What's yalls regiment, and is there any lift that concentrates on width of bicep ?

Ditch the hammer grip pullups and replace it with 3 sets of ''standing hammer dumbell curls''.
Alternate ''standing high pulley cable bicep curls'' exercise with Ez-bar preacher curls and see what happens. 3-4 sets at similar rep format should be sufficient for this exercise.
As for the availability of a bicep exercise that builds width, well, basically each exercise is capable of this as long as you maintain correct form, concentrate on the muscle by isolating and squeezing it. Try to improve your strength also so that you can go heavy on these exercises in the future, which will bring about the size you are seeking.
