chest workout tip
chest won't grow inspite of extensive benchpress (inclind and decline) Any help? I need some chest workout tip/

Best thing anybody ever told me was hammer press.

The only thing I've found that is really helping is squeezing at the top with dumbbells very hard and making sure I really work until failure, really helps to have a partner on chest days

squeezing exercises (flies, cables) seem to be the best for me for gaining size.

I don't like the hammer press, but I love DB hammer presses! Try these. With your chest, mind muscle connection, focus on lifting with your chest and squeeze at the top!

DB's seem to work best for me. Easier to concentrate IMO
