Resistances bands workout?'s
Can anyone suggest a band workout? Its hard to
Stop at a gym or carry free weights around. So bands were kinda the right thing fur me. I can hook them up anywhere and go. But is it really a 30 pound band for a 30 pound weight?
What types of workout will work good?

Welcome to the board mate!
Seriously, i'm at a loss. When i traveled alot as a kid, i'd throw a bunch of weights and a barbell and some dumbells in the trunk and go. Never really thought of bands as a way to strength train. I imagine if you had several bands to increase resistance, that might work in a pinch? But nowadays, many hotels have gyms, and there is still the trunk option. Any reason you don't explore these first?
