my routine
Just curious of what you guys think of mine, i spend about 45 mins to a hour in the gym each day. shoulders tends to be a little shorter.
chest/tri
bi/back
shoulders
legs
rest
repeat

I would take a day off mid week and the weekend off, if you wont you could do some cardio at the weekend , it gives you body a rest , four days back to back one days rest then back in to your workout you wont last long at your workout if you keep that up ,
Mon chest , tris
Tues Legs
Wed off
Thurs Back , bis
Fri Shoulders
Sat off
Sun Cardio
