whats the right balance between lifting and cardio for cutting?

I'm 5'9 230 and would have a great body if I could just lose about 10-15 more pounds of fat. The thing is, I don't want to burn all my muscle away while doing this. I've used steroids in the past but I'm done with that stuff, trying to be natural. I've been lifting heavy 4-5 days a week and running 3-4 nights a week. Should I up the running to more like everyday? Would this make me lose muscle? When I run I do a slow jog for 20-30 minutes. Thanks

i just run post workout cardio 20 mins 3-4 times a week, i u want to you can run everyday but nothing drastic, like u said 20-30 mins is good

and just consume some aminos before your cardio session

and your diet will have a great deal with the fat loss

Do you take your BCAA's multiple times a day or just before cardio?
