    Bent over reverse grip rows

Just FYI I just started doin these and I haven't noticed in the gym that alot of people do them but if your not, your cheating yourself. I haven't been extremely sore in mid back in quite sometime and I can't go heavy but with extreme focus I can really blast my back. Yuh I know. Cool story huh?

this is how every muscle u train shod pump. its called mind muscle connection. as far as rows go try dumbbells, neutral grip, wide, and even one reversed and one overhand. i love doing back, as the titeness i feel in mid back-lats and lower back drives me insanely crazy!

Yates rows are effective with an EZ bar and I alternate them with regular barbell bent over rows as my primary upper back horizontal movement.

    Dumbbell rows are also great.

Agreed Yates' EZ bar bent over rows are awesome. Been doing them for months and definitely feel and can see an improvement. Brought out definition and lines in my back

Possibly my favorite back exercise, want to start using a standard over hand grip though, I always use reverse as it feels more natural

i've always found reverse grip feels like it hits more of my lower mid back, and the regular grip kind of hits a little bit higher on my back.

although forward and reverse doesnt seam that much of a difference, its slightly hitting different muscles,
what i like to do is a superset between reverese and regular grip
