    Wrestling workout evaluation

    Hey guys I was hoping that you could look over my off season workout and give me some advice with it or ways to tweak it. I am a collegiate wrestler so if you know any wrestling specific workouts please let me know.

    Dead lifts, squats, cleans, all your major power lifts. Plus wrestling on its own is a great workout.
