    my chest/delts/triceps day...

    Incline DB Press 4 x 6-8,
    Weighted Dips 4 x 6-10,
    DB Fly's 3 x 10,
    Seated DB Press 3 x 6-8,
    Leaning Laterals 3 x 10-12,
    Decline Close Grip Bench 3 x 6-8,
    Decline EZ Bar Skullcruchers 3 x 6-8

    once a week.

    rep ranges are only guidelines.


    do you think it can be beneficial;?

    Looks good. I personally would like another 3 or 4 sets for chest, but that's my body. I wish I could do incline press and seated db presses, but my right shoulder no likey.

    id move delts to shoulder day personally and beef up the chest with another exercise of 3-4 sets or add another set to the ones your doing already. Maybe throw in 1 one tricep exercise but then again its a small muscle so if those two can kill it for you then stick with those.
